Take a moment to relax and not have to think about whether your system will break down on the coldest day of the year.
C & J’s Preventive Maintenance Agreement offers you the peace of mind of knowing that your heating and cooling equipment receives the maintenance that it needs during the year. We provide, under the agreement, a visit in the spring to check the operations of the cooling system(s) to make sure that it will run as best as possible during the summer when you will surely put the equipment to use. The agreement
also provides a visit in the fall to insure that the heating system(s) is running correctly for the cold months of the
year.
As a Preventive Maintenance holder you will be considered a preferred customer and receive a discount of 15% on parts, should the need arise while the agreement is in effect. Preferred customers are priority when there may be a service need other than the maintenance of the equipment.
